Our next board meeting is Tuesday, January 22 at 7:00pm at the Museum. We realize it is an unplanned date change, but please try to attend if at all possible. We would like to introduce our new Board members and Trustees, and begin to discuss 2008, including the Membership mailing, dues changes, newsletter contributions and other items. Some items coming up are the Library Preschool Fair, the February Artapalooza, the baseball sponsorship….
I will bring some snacks and we can get our new year as the PRHS off to a great start!!Please let me know if you are not able to attend.
Also, please mark your calendars for 2008:
October – no Board meeting because of Annual Meeting
December – no Board meeting because of the holidays
** We will be meeting on the third Tuesday of the month for all other months of 2008**
Attached please find the new list of Trustees and the Minutes from our last meeting, which was in October at the Annual Meeting. In an effort to save paper, I will assume you all are printing them off at home and I will not bring copies to the Board meeting.
