* Treasurer’s Report (attached) distributed for membership to review
* The slate of Officers and Trustees for FY 2007-2008 was presented by the Nominating Committee, and was accepted by acclamation by the quorum of Society Members present:

Program: Ann Durkin Keating was introduced as our speaker and her program was Chicagoland: City and Suburbs in the Railroad Age.  She took us back in time with a slide show to the days when Chicagoans were traveling to Park Ridge for vacation time, to play golf at the PRCC, stay at the Park Ridge Hotel or to visit friends in the Art Colony of Park Ridge.  We heard some very interesting information about the history of the railroad in this area, and a good time was had by all.

A special thanks to Paul Adlaf for all of his hard work, time and efforts in organizing and planning this special event.  We are pleased that Country Club Manager Tom McHugh, and Society Life Members and Club Members Jim and Martha Nolan as our sponsors were all supporting us here at the Country Club this year.
